This will only be of interest to grape growers and uber wine geeks, but I enjoyed watching parts of it already so I thought I’d share.
RAVE stands for Recent Advances In Viticulture and Enology and it is a yearly presentation of new research that takes place at UC Davis. This year is the first that they have provided video of the conference, and I think it is a winner. Besides being free (tickets are a couple hundred dollars to attend), the side by side PowerPoint and video presentation is quite slick.
