Ruarri - I'm not as knowledgeable about NZ pinot as I'd like, but I highly recommend checking out Jamie Goode's blog as he has been writing about NZ pinot quite a bit recently. We hired a car and drove from Côte de Beaune to Côte de Nuits, and besides being a little poorer for the moment - it was magical. Thanks for the site.
