Bottle houses are not a new idea. There is one in Calico, CA - and there is a replica of this house at Knott&#039;s Berry Farm in Buena Park, CA. There is also one in Rhyolite, NV. The insulating properties of bottles were well know a long time ago.

Given the number of empty bottles we recycle from our tasting rooms every day, I could have a new house in a couple years...!</description>
