There’s some good discussion of the 100 point rating system, Parker, Twitter, some shameless shilling for Capozzi. I even answer some questions I’m sure you’re just dying to know the answers to, like: Will I submit Capozzi pinot to Parker for review?
Thank You so much for posting the sample winery start up work sheet. It opened my eyes to a number of items I had not considered. I have just begun and have a long haul ahead in my proposal to start up a winery.
