		<description>Kathleen, if you call UPS, they will hold your package.  At least this is my experience, as with many larger companies, it may vary depending on who you talk to, but I would say that it is worth a try.

Thanks Josh.  I would like to add, that the phone call has to be requested by the shipping party.  Make sure you let the winery know they can do this at no extra charge, as I've found that few are actually aware of it.</description>

		<description>I  am encouraged that UPS is listening to our concerns about wine delivery. I wonder if a better solution would be to have UPS offer to hold the wine at their facility so we could drive there to pick it up, eliminating trucks altogether! My UPS facility in Albany, NY is only a 20 minute drive away, so this may bot work for different communities.
