I will add my two cents to say that it SUCKS that the consultant's dog ate his homework. At any rate, I won't castigate further, but wish you luck (and hope against hope that I am on the mailing list (I do believe I am, if it's the linky at the top of your site).

I was planning on mentioning the "Pinot Recipe" series today on Wine Biz, we'll see what Kaz's take is.

Shoot. I feel your pain (and Farley's too, for that matter). I'm sorry you had to learn the "stay on the important sh*t" lesson so hard.

On the other hand, your sample program is wonderful and brilliant. I can't remember if I am on your list - but I sure hope I am!

Josh,

What sad news, she says after calling Ohio wine club members all day. (what a world of rules and regulations, huh???)

Anyway, please add me to the list if there's any left over. I'm eager to give it a go.

What a nightmare. it's what I fear happening to me some day. I do have a referral to someone that may be able to help you with the consulting. I hope you at least got your money back from the consultants. I'd love to go to the game, but tha is crush day for me. Cab Franc, Zin and Montepulciano...about 2 tons in all. This is my first big processing day. I've spent the lasy month scouring Craigslist and picking up equipment here and there. Your Blog has helped me in my quest to be a wine maker, if not for the entertainment, but also that practical lessons.
