Why does your TA scale go from 30 to 1000mg/L? What if I REALLY like tannins? Could I get 2000? I'm the Program Chairman for the local AWS chapter and I'm always looking for a way to help educate our members as to why they prefer one wine over another. This really helps lay it out.
